Primera was sold to "Endurance Capital"

In spring 2009 the press reported that Escada would sell theirsubsidiary company Primera to the holding company “Mutares”. But
obviously the management of Escada and the insolvency practitioner
Gerloff decided to step back from the contract for sale, that was made
with “mutares”. Instead they sold Primera, with its brands Laurél,
apriori and cavita, to the Munich “Endurance Capital”. “Mutares” was
asked various times to stop the selling of fur in the Primera Group, but didn´t fulfill our demands. Now it is the job of the “Endurance Capital” to ensure an ethically correct business policy in the Primera Group. It is important to now call their attention to our campaign and to point out our demands again. You are welcome to give a call or email the new owners of Primera:
